Rivos is developing novel, low-power AI inference chips based on a massively parallel, dataflow architecture. Their core technology aims to deliver significantly improved performance-per-watt compared to existing GPU and CPU-based solutions for AI workloads. While currently in stealth mode, Rivos is targeting edge computing applications requiring high efficiency, such as autonomous vehicles and mobile devices.
