Neeva developed an AI-powered, subscription-based search engine prioritizing user privacy and an ad-free experience. Its technology leveraged large language models and a personalized search index built from user connections and preferences, aiming to deliver more relevant results than traditional search engines. Though discontinued as a direct-to-consumer product, Neeva’s core technology and team were acquired by Snowflake in May 2023 to enhance Snowflake’s search capabilities within its data cloud platform, specifically integrating Neeva’s AI-powered search into the Snowflake platform.
